Note: Much work in mathematical
logic goes on in Mathematics and Computer Science departments.
Students primarily interested in Mathematical Logic would do well
to explore those programs also, as well as specialized interdisciplinary
programs like Berkeley 's Program in Logic & Methodology of
Science or Amsterdam 's Institute for Logic, Language & Computation.
